ShenZhen Prechem New Materials Co.,Ltd was founded in 2009, is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the research, development and production of fine chemical new materials, and was listed on the NeeQ in 2016.

Prechem is mainly engaged in R & D, production, sales of functional special monomers and solvents. We are determined to become a professional company of fine chemical industry of new materials in national strategic emerging industries such as optoelectronics, new energy and life information. Promote the upgrading of traditional materials such as inks, adhesives and personal care with proprietary technology, and promote the sustainable development of high solid content, water and light curing materials.

Our products are aimed at globalization and serialization. At present, we have built the largest capacity devices of EEP(Ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate) and MMP(Methyl 3-methoxypropionate) in China. With the series of APE(Pentaerythritol triallyl ether), AAEM(Acetoacetoxyethyl Methacrylate), TMPDE(Trimethylol propane diallyl ether) and other products being put into production one after another, the size of the company's business will be greatly expanded.

Moreover, we have carried out strategic cooperation with the State Key Laboratory of Fine Chemical Industry, focusing on the development and application research of smart new materials of fine chemical industry, and formed a complete development process of products from market demand, project approval, molecular design, process small test, scale pilot test, application research and industrialization. We plan to continue to expand the performance in next 2 to 3 years, to have a long-term cultivation in in-advanced petrochemical business.

In 2012

Started mass production of EEP solvent.

In 2014

EEP's production capacity and sales volume took the lead in China and began to sell overseas.

In 2015

EEP product entered the field of optoelectronics, the company was awarded as a national high-tech enterprise.

In 2016

The company was listed on the New Third Board.

In 2018

The company completed the EEP REACH registration and began to cooperate with the State Key Laboratory of Fine Chemicals to improve its research and development capabilities.

In 2020

The company has completed the serial layout of functional solvents and special monomer products.

Prechem has a professional technical team, a complete production line and first-class production and testing equipment. 

With a number of storage locations in China, prechem has a long-term good cooperative relationship with the logistics and freight forwarders, which means prechem can strongly support for the long-term stable supply for customers.

Prechem completed the ISO9001-2015 international quality system certification, EU REACH certification, Turkey KKDIK and South Korea K - REACH pre-registration. Meanwhile, Prechem established within the company about the safety and quality system of production process, strengthened the company for the 'Quality of Survival, Safe Production' understanding.
