Pentaerythritol Triallyl Ether APE Solvent Water Soluble Resin
Pentaerythritol triallyl ether is a widely used chemical intermediate, often used as a crosslinking agent for the preparation of acrylic polymer type thickener and high water absorption resin, but also used in the synthesis of unsaturated polyester, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, UV curing resin and other polymers, so that the polymer has self-drying. Pentaerythritol allyl ether used in industry is a mixture of pentaerythritol diallyl ether, pentaerythritol triallyl ether and pentaerythritol tetraallyl ether, in which the mass fraction of three ether is 70% ~ 90%. Pentaerythritol triallyl ether has three reactive groups, namely ether group, ene bond and hydroxyl. Alcohol hydroxyl groups are more active and prone to oxidation reactions, while the double bond in allyl group can connect other functional molecular chain segments or groups to the molecule to be modified, and finally give it special functions. The structure of three ether groups can make it easy to cross link in space and form a rich three-dimensional structure.
